Derik LaBenz has been in the financial services industry for over 30 years. For most of those years he has assisted Property Casualty brokers in providing product design for their clients for life insurance, retirement planning and long term care. Making sure that their clients not only had their home and autos insured but protected the most valuable asset which is the wage worker. He holds the CLU (Chartered Life Underwriter) designation and is also a member of the American College. Derik holds a design degree from Washington State University.
Derik has also been a college basketball referee and spent 17 years as a member of the Western Athletic Conference. Derik maintains life insurance licenses in HI, CA, OR, NV and CO. He resides in Kaneohe, Hawaii which is on the Island of Oahu.
