Marcia Glover has more than 35 years of trust banking experience, managing financial assets for high-net-worth individuals, charitable trusts and foundations. In 2010, she retired from the M&T Investment Group (Baltimore), where she served as Vice President and Senior Portfolio Manager. Prior to joining M&T Bank, she was a Senior Vice President with Allfirst Trust Company (Baltimore). In semi-retirement, Marcia continued to manage investment portfolios, as a Principal at the Counsel Trust Company of York, PA. For the past three years, Marcia has focused on helping her clients to customize their retirement solutions through education, insurance, and future planning.
Marcia is a graduate of Notre Dame University of Maryland. She maintains her life insurance licenses in PA, MD, and CA.
