Right out of college Mr. Elliott worked in the insurance industry between 1983 through 1989. He eventually left to pursue other interests in the area of technology. In 2003 Noel and his wife started a home care business and has been taking care of seniors for about 20 years. He came back to the insurance industry in 2021 to take care of the life and health insurance needs of families in Ohio and around the country.
As an independent agent Noel believes that a proper education and understanding of the product will help the client make the best decision for their retirement. He understands that a satisfied client is a client forever. Noel holds a master’s degree in Public Administration from Rutgers University and a bachelor’s degree in theology. He has been married to Elizabeth for over 33 years and has 2 children Samuel and Esther. Noel resides in summit county with his wife and daughter.
Noel maintains his insurance licenses in Oh, MD, GA, FL, WV, PA, NJ, NC, SC, TX, TN and KY.
